Ottawa, Ontario – The Canadian Soccer Association today announced FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and Michel Platini, Advisor to the FIFA President, will visit Canada from December 8-10.

Ottawa, Ontario – The Canadian Soccer Association today announced FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and Michel Platini, Advisor to the FIFA President, will visit Canada from December 8-10. The FIFA delegation will arrive in Toronto on December 8 and will meet with the delegates attending the CSA Special General Meeting on Sunday morning before addressing a media conference at the Bristol Place Hotel (Toronto Pearson International Airport) at 11:00 a.m..
Following the media conference, the FIFA delegation will leave for Ottawa for further meetings on Sunday and Monday.
MEDIA CONFERENCE
A media conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 9, 2001 in the Plaza B Meeting Room at the Bristol Place Hotel (950 Dixon Road) at Toronto Pearson International Airport. FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and Michel Platini, Advisor to the FIFA President and former French national team captain, as well as CSA President Jim Fleming, will be available to answer questions.
